WHY?

-> 1 in 4 Flemish LGBTQIA+'s attempted suicide

-> People with disabilities only come into view 1.1% of the time, while 15% of the population has an (in)visible disability

-> The fashion industry wants to serve as many people as possible with as few sizes as possible

-> At least 40% of the models develop some form of eating disorder because of the unrealistic ideals

-> Only 30% on average of the models at fashion weeks worldwide are of color

THE FOUNDER OF NO BABES, MORGANE GIELEN

Morgane Gielen (b. 1994) is a lifestyle and fashion photographer based in Belgium. She founded No Babes Agency to make the industry she had been working in for several years more inclusive, diverse, and ethically correct.
